The sale you lost at 9pm: WhatsApp messages nobody answered

Open your business WhatsApp and scroll back a week. Count the messages that came in after five, on a Sunday, or during a rush, and look at how long each one waited for a reply. Then count the ones that never got one.

Every one of those was a person with money, asking. “Do you have this in stock?” “How much for two?” “Are you open on Saturday?” “Can you deliver to Ruwa?” They asked you because they were ready to buy from you. By the time the reply went out the next morning, a good number had already bought from whoever answered first.

Why it happens

It is not laziness. The phone belongs to the owner, or to one person at the counter, and that person also serves walk-in customers, counts stock, goes to the bank and sleeps. WhatsApp does not queue politely. Ten unanswered chats look the same as one, so the oldest ones sink and get forgotten.

The usual fix, giving the phone to a junior, creates a different problem: nobody knows what was promised to whom, quotes go out at the wrong price, and when that person leaves, the customer history leaves with them.

What an assistant on the number does

EasyBiz puts an AI assistant on your business WhatsApp number. It answers in seconds, at any hour, and it answers from your actual data, not from a script:

  • Stock and prices come from your own stock list, so “do you have 10 bags of cement” gets a real yes or no and a price.
  • Orders are taken in the chat and land in your system as a sales order with the customer’s details, ready for picking.
  • Quotes and invoices are generated and sent in the chat, on your letterhead.
  • Payment confirmations are matched to the invoice, so the customer gets a receipt without anyone typing it.
  • Anything it cannot handle is passed to a person, with the full chat and the customer’s history attached, so you pick up where it left off.

Your staff still see every conversation. The difference is that the customer got an answer at 9pm, and the morning starts with orders to fulfil instead of apologies to send.

What it costs you now

Take a guess at how many after-hours or missed messages you get in a week, and what an average sale is worth. Ten missed conversations a week at $20 each is over $10,000 a year that walked to a competitor. The smallest EasyBiz package that includes the assistant is $15 a month.

Which package

The assistant is in every package. A shop with one or two staff is a Tuck Shop package; a salon or small retailer with more traffic is a Shop; a clinic taking appointment requests is a Solo Practice or Multi-Practice. Each includes a monthly bundle of AI conversations, and you are told when you are close to using it up.

The demo sites are live, no signup needed. When you are ready, pick a package and your own site is built minutes after payment.
